SAVE A LIFE

September is National Suicide Prevention Awareness Month. Chances are even if you have never had feelings of wanting to hurt yourself, someone you know has had those thoughts and feelings. We are often unaware of the struggles of those around us Never miss an opportunity to be kind

For those watching from the outside and seeing people suffer.

Know this:

Too many are dying right now from the pain.

Emotional and sometimes physical too.

Dying from the loneliness and fear of rejection.

Enough!!

They must not die because they didn't feel they could reach out.

They must not die because they didn't think they were seen.

They must not die because they are too embarrassed of how they feel.

They must not die because of the stigma.

We must help them recognize that life needs them. That we need them.

All their uniqueness and what only they can offer to their families, friends, and life.

They have a role to play.

They have life to live.

Our job is to be part of the solution.

Do something for someone who is hurting.

Start with loving yourself.

Share that love with someone who is hurting.

Let them know they aren't alone.

Being human is to be kind, caring, and compassionate.

To care enough to reach out for another person.

Be that.

Blessings,

Tammy
